Star Wars Toys Action Figure - Greedo the Bounty Hunter

One very cool Star Wars Toys action figure has got to be the one and only Greedo. This ugly green guy is your typical looking alien with the big eyes and the crazy looking fingers. However, the Hasbro Star Wars Toys replica of Greedo is awesome to put it straight.
The Star Wars Toys action figure, Greedo is done in great detail and the features are amazing. Your Star Wars Toys selection will not come close to being complete without adding the Greedo action figure to the mix.
Think back beyond the Star Wars Toys line to the actual Star Wars Movie: Episode IV. This was when Greedo was hunting down Han Solo. Remember, he was a bounty hunter hired by Jabba the Hutt to hunt down Han Solo. In that scene, Han Solo manages to draw his pistol and shoot Greedo under the table. I can remember replaying that scene a hundred times with my Star Wars Toys and action figures.
Another awesome addition to the growing ranks of Hasbro’s Stars Wars Toys line is the Greedo bust. This is a very detailed and nice looking bust to add to your collection or just to decorate a Star Wars Toys fanatical youngster’s room.

I also ran across this original picture of the first Star Wars Toys Greedo action figure. I sure wish that I had that one in my collection. I bet that would bring a nice price, but if you are anything like me, you would never part with you collectible Star Wars Toys.
What other interesting Greedo facts are there out there? Please comment on the Greedo Star Wars Toys action figure or the actual character in the Star Wars movie. I welcome your comments.

Star Wars Toys All Terrain Tactical Enforcer

Hasbro just keeps coming out with cooler and cooler Star Wars Toys every time I take a look at the Internet for new Star Wars Toys. I ran across the Star Wars Toys Clone Wars AT-TE (All Terrain Tactical Enforcer).
Of all of the Star Wars Toys, this has got to be one of my favorites maybe besides the Star Wars Toys Millennium Falcon.
The Star Wars Toys All-Terrain Tactical Enforcer (AT-TE) forged into battle for the first time at the Battle of Geonosis, and then unleashed its destructive power throughout the Clone Wars. This armored assault vehicle moves with steadfast terrorization toward enemy defenses, tearing through energy shields and firing its six laser cannons and a heavy cannon as it wreaks extreme havoc. The interior of the AT-TE Star Wars Toys can contain a squadron of clone troopers that can be rapidly deployed for ground warfare.

Advance the Star Wars Toys Clone Trooper squad into battle on board this imposing Star Wars Toys AT-TE vehicle. Position the detailed legs like it is ramming into war and trigger the electronic walking sounds.
This massive Star Wars Toys machine comes equipped with a fitted blaster rifle and pistol racks and a total of six firing laser turrets. The main cannon features blasting noises and lights when activated. Adjust any of the multi-rotational frontal cannon weapons and they all move jointly.

You can deploy your Star Wars Toys clone troopers into the skirmish through the auto-deploy hatch and hear real Clone Wars trooper calls, like “All units fire at will.”” “Approaching droid perimeter. We are undetected.” and “The droid army is in full retreat.”
I would have loved to have this particular vehicle of all the Star Wars Toys vehicles when I was a kid and find myself wanting one now as an adult. Well, I guess Star Wars Toys fans never grow up. I mean, why would we want to?
Star Wars Toys Han Solo Action Figure

Star Wars Toys would not be the same if it was for that scoundrel smuggler Han Solo. Han Solo is one of the most purchased Star Wars Toys action figures in history. He is a legend because of the excellent acting of Harrison Ford in the Star Wars movie. Every kid and adult alike know who Han Solo is.
Let me tell you a little bit about Han Solo to help you know a bit about the character as you research a new addition to your Star Wars Toys collection. This character may be the most important and exciting character in the entire movie and books saga.
Star Wars Toys | Han Solo
- Homeworld: Corellia
- Species: Human
- Gender: Male
- Height: 1.8 meters
- Hair Color: Brown
- Eye Color: Brown
- Affiliation: Rebel Alliance, New Republic, Galactic Alliance
Han Solo is the famous dry witted and tech savvy wild cat who began his early career as a smuggler taking on many dangerous endeavors to earn money. The smuggler was a keen type with an entrepreneurial heart and a passion for excitement as depicted in the Star Wars Toys line as well as the movies and books.
Han Solo had several employers and served in the military for a very short time. This is evident in the series of movies and books as well as depicted in the various action figures present in the Star Wars Toys line. He later on would befriend the Wookie, Chewbacca. His time running with Chewbacca was very exciting as he tended to tick off quite a few scientists and had a slew of bounties placed on his head.
Han Solo later on was swept into the Galactic Civil War and joined the Rebel Alliance against his own desires without the intention
of taking part for very long. Han Solo, as depicted in the Star Wars Toys line, left the Galactic War after rescuing and receiving compensation for Princess Leia Organa, but returned soon afterward to take part in the Battle of Yavin.
Surprisingly enough, Han Solo later became a General for the Rebel Alliance as depicted by the General Han Solo Star Wars Toys action figure. He later married Princes Leia Organa, who became the mother of his three children, Jaina, Jacen and Anakin.
Star Wars Toys - Boba Fett Action Figure

Boba Fett
is one of the coolest characters and best looking of the Star Wars Toys action figures in my humble opinion. You can’t help but be fascinated by the idea of a bounty hunter bouncing around the universe making money freelance style. You gotta love that.
The Star Wars Toys action figure, Boba Fett, is a good looking figure and the detailed redesign is beyond words. The original Star Wars Toys Boba Fett action figure was made available in 1979 with the Empire Strikes Back as a sneak peak of sorts.
In that film, The Empire Stikes Back, Boba Fett is never referred to by name. He is told, along with several other bounty hunters, to track down the crew of the Millenium Falcon, Han Solo and Chewbaca.
I thought I would give you a list of Boba Fett’s arsenal of weaponary that he totes around for capturing those dangerous bounties he seeks out for a living. Much of this weaponary is available in the Star Wars Toys line.
Star Wars Toys Boba Fett Arsenal
Weapons
- Sawed-Off Blas Tech EE-3 carbine rifle
- Tenloss DXR-6 disruptor pistol
- Mitrinomon Z-6 jet pack
Left Gauntlet
- Czerka ZX miniature flame projector
- remote explosive
- Blas Tech Dur-24 wrist laser
- Kevlarex Consolidated Arms MM9 mini concussion rocket
Right Gauntlet
- fibercord whip launcher with 20 meter lanyard
- Retractable vibro-blades
- Dart launcher
Miscellaneous
- On top of his jet pack is a small missile
- The knee pads are also equipped with rocket dart launchers and fire darts containing Malkite Them Far or FEX-M3, molecular acid, stun agents or explosives.
The Star Wars Toys Boba Fett is highly featured as you can see in the photo below. The detail is outstanding and the craftsmanship is much better than it was with the original line.

Star Wars Toys - The Millenium Falcon

My favorite Star Wars Toys item has got to be the Star Wars Millenium Falcon. This was a broken down cargo ship piloted by the heroic scoundrel Han Solo and his fuzzy partner Chewbacca. The current remake is one of the neatest things I have seen in quite some time.

The new Hasbro Star Wars Toys Millenium Falcon features tons of lights and sounds. Many of the sounds are taken directly from the Star Wars movie; which brings a very cool element to the design and structure of the toy. The original movie sounds pop when the ship starts up, jumps into hyperspace and goes into a cruise.
This is a must have for any Star Wars Toys collector, although the price is a bit steep for my blood and I can tell you that the parts are a bit on the cheap side. I may still splurge, we shall see.
I think that this Star Wars Toys item should come with Han Solo and Chewbacca for the price that it is going for, but it does not.

Now, I’m going to have to get a bit critical here on the Millenium Falcon. It is not one of the best made Star Wars Toys that you are going to come across. It is fairly cheap made, too much so for the steep price. The action figures do not fit into the ship that well. They should fit naturally.
All in all, if you can find a deal on one of these, I would snag it. Otherwise, maybe we should wait until Hasbro revamps this Star Wars Toys legend.

Star Wars Toys - Welcome to the Collectible Star Wars Toys Blog

Star Wars toys are on the comeback when it comes to a collectible action figure series. Collecting them has never been so exciting if you keep up with the current goings on when it comes to Star Wars Toys action figures. You may wonder, is there another series of movies coming out?
You best bet when collecting Star Wars toys is to begin by doing a few searches in Google to see what’s hot. There are a slew of discussion forums and blogs out there that discuss in-depth the Star Wars Toys trends and events.
Check your local department stores, grocery stores and malls for their available selection of Star Wars toys as there are always sales and specials that you will not want to miss. Keep an eye on the commercials that play on kids’ stations and such to see what the new hottest toy and action figure is. You will want to keep your collection current and grow it steadily in this manner.
Another awesome place to search for Star Wars Toys is eBay. Although you can run into some snags using eBay, such as fakes, rip-offs and a few other mishaps, you will find some good deals if you are careful.
Once your collection of Star Wars Toys starts rolling, you will want to display them. I bought a simple particle board modular bookshelf from my local department store and set it up in my computer room. It is nice looking and inexpensive. The shelves are adjustable so that I can set up my Star Wars toys collectibles however I desire. I rotate them about every now and then to keep things fresh and interesting.
Another tip that I would advise you do is to purchase two of every Star Wars toys action figure that you have your heart set on. One of the figures will be for display and I strongly encourage you to store the other safely away as it will definitely be valued at a significantly larger amount in the future. These action figures, and especially Star Wars toys, seem to skyrocket in value over the years. Owning a mint condition action figure is much better.
